“As my wife and I are from opposite sides of the world, Poy being from Thailand and
myself being American however very privileged to live and visit numerous countries
around the world. There are not many places in the world where so many cultures
come together and people greet you with a smile such as in TURKEY. Istanbul
TURKEY is where Asia meets Europe and is really amazing with such a cosmopolitan
atmosphere in this energetic city. We had cruised to Istanbul in late September with
MY Apoise after first stopping in Çanakkale.

The people there where very friendly as the food was always tasty and interesting
throughout the areas we experienced. There was never a shortage of breathtaking
scenery and great experiences of urban life in Istanbul to historical sites all over the
country. We tried to take the time and explore areas such as the Grand Bazaar, Spice
Market and some others of the amazing sites of Istanbul and not to mention all the
hot chic bars and nightclubs, which gives Istanbul it’s known nightlife.

All the guest aboard always had a wonderful time and the staff of C2C Yachting were
amazing at providing the best and smoothest service from personal requests to sorting
out transits and paperwork on the Bosphorus. Istanbul is a really great place however
the Bosphorus is something else and which has to be one of most busy and lively
waterways in the world.

At the moment I am counting down the days until the next visit to Turkey which
I am sure will offer more to explore and great experiences every time.

“This Summer 2009 Turkey was the first of many stop for us throughout the Mediterranean. M/Y
Charade spent one month in Turkey, and it was truly remarkable. First off the Country is very
scenic and tidy, secondly it has so much to offer.
C2C was recommended to me prior to our arrival in Turkey, and it was a great decision. From
start to finish Clifford and his entire team made sure our every need was met. Their professionalism
(for their Jobs) and passion (Country) was well recognized among our Guests & Crew. Clifford
also flew in on a few occasions to ensure that were well taken care of. C2C was awesome, and I
would recommend them to every Yacht travelling in this area. You can’t get better quality service
than what they provided to us, It was ‘A’ class.

During our stay we did numerous amounts of city tours, lunches, etc and the Guides were all so
knowledgeable and hands on in regards to Turkey. They didn’t speak with doubt, but with pride
and confidence and I liked that. They convinced me completely, whether regardless of the subject.
In Turkey, they have a coffee tradition and C2C agents came over to school the Stewardess how
to prepare Turkish coffee. We also bought lots of Turkish teas, spices, delights and more for
our Guests which they were very happy with. Also our language barrier was not a problem, just
because the Agents were all glad to accompany us from Tours, to grocery stores, to flowers or any
area we needed them. They were present each day, and it made our life a lot easier.
Each place that M/Y Charade visited was wonderful and had its own gifts to offer, but for me Turkey
was the highlight of the entire Season. I will definitely be back someday!”

“I would like to thank you and the rest of your team for the excellent service you provided during our Turkey Cruise September and October 2009.

The support you provided, with the arduous task of clearances in every port and anchorage we visited, from Cesme ro Istanbul and hack down to Antalya, was second to none. Especially in the areas rarely visited by yachts, where at times Motu had to find the CustoinJimmigration Officer at his house to get the cruising log signed before the guests could go on their arranged tours.

I recommend C2C to any Captain visiting Turkey as a reputable and knowledgeable Company, able to arrange everything from clearances, guided tours, flights, transfers, hotel/restaurant bookings, spare parts, provisioning, to name but a few.
